White Water Safety & Rescue (second edition)
This new edition has been revised to include various updates to good practice, including reorganization of the Rescues section to fit more closely with the TRTTG ‘low to high risk’ model; revision of the advice for rafters (by Geraint Rowlands); and adoption of the one-handed river signals as used by Paul O’Sullivan in his chapter in the BCU Canoe & Kayak Handbook. These updates reflect part of the ongoing development of swiftwater rescue practices for canoeists, kayakers and rafters.
