Marlborough Sounds 24-26th Sept 10

Just looking at organising a trip to the Marlborough Sounds. Leaving 24^th Sept on the 2.05pm ferry and returning on the ferry Sunday night, 10.15pm in Wellington (the return ferry is an hour later for some reason, it may be to do with the change over to daylight saving). There will be an evening paddle Friday out to the first camp site. Daylight saving kicks off this weekend so we could celebrate the fact with a good camp fire and social gathering. Distances won’t be big so it will be a good chance to blow off the winter cobwebs and start easing into summer.
At this stage I am looking to see how many would be keen before booking things. As it’s not that far away please call or email the shop ASAP to show your interest. Remember we hire out kayaks if you don’t have one. The trip is camping for 2 nights and bringing your own food. If you have any questions please call the shop.
