Mid-week Fitness Paddle

Midweek Fitness Paddle – Diana Austin

Anyone keen & available to come for a paddle during the week. The aim is to maintain a steady pace for approx 2 hours to improve our paddling fitness. All levels of fitness is catered for.  The locations will be suitable for most weather conditions and paddling abilities, but we will always have Lake Pupuke as a back up if too windy on the sea.
Please note for all trips start time of 1000 on the water (unless otherwise advised). This is to cater for school drop offs and avoid some of the traffic. Usual safety equipment required.

Thursday, 2 Feb.   Westhaven to upper harbour and return. Launch at floating pontoon at Westhaven Marina. High tide 1537 (Waitemata).
